With a foundation in pharmacy and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence, Marie bridges clinical knowledge with lived experience. Her work focuses on how your daily habits, including when and how you eat, how you sleep, how you manage stress and how you respond to internal signals, influence hormonal balance, metabolic health, energy levels and long-term resilience.

Marie’s approach is personalised and practical. She does not offer quick fixes or generic protocols. Instead, she takes the time to understand your health history, current patterns, symptoms and capacity for change. From there, she guides realistic adjustments that can be integrated into your life and sustained over time.

Reclaim Your Power is an online, 11-week lifestyle group coaching programme designed for you if you feel capable of making changes independently, with guidance, education and structure.

The programme focuses on:

  • Repetition and integration
  • Building consistency over time

Sessions run weekly within structured cohorts and support you in applying lifestyle principles in a practical and sustainable way.

Speaking Engagements

Marie is available for speaking engagements, workshops and conversations that explore lifestyle, hormonal health and metabolic health in a grounded, accessible and evidence-informed way.

As a licensed pharmacist and certified lifestyle coach, Marie brings a rare and highly relevant perspective. She is trained by Dr. Mindy Pelz and is the only registered pharmacist in Malta who is also trained and certified in the Fast Like a Girl approach.

This allows Marie to bridge pharmaceutical training with emerging lifestyle science. She speaks clearly about the role of medication, its long-term impact on the gut and metabolic system and how pharmaceuticals intersect with lifestyle, nutrition, fasting and hormonal rhythms. She is experienced in working collaboratively with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Marie is increasingly sought out to speak about how advances in science are reshaping our understanding of women’s health, particularly the importance of aligning nutrition, fasting, stress, sleep and daily habits with female hormonal cycles across different life stages.
