    I’m Marie, also known as The Naked Pharmacist.

    I’m a licensed pharmacist and certified Fast Like a Girl Lifestyle Coach passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies’ natural intelligence and rhythm.

    My mission is to empower women to trust themselves again — to listen to their bodies, honour their cycles and make choices that restore balance, vitality and ease.

    I believe true healing is both a science and a sacred remembering.
    In my work I blend personalised holistic practices with modern medical wisdom to guide women through perimenopause, hormone imbalances, metabolic reset and emotional reconnection.
